The JPA "Model Tanker Wash Guidelines for the Fruit Juice Industry" is a standard cleaning protocol for tankers hauling juice and juice products. The purpose of the voluntary guidelines is to assist the fruit juice industry in maintaining the sanitation and safety of products during transport.
