Note: Non-members attending this year’s JPA Annual Meeting will receive a $200 credit toward their dues if their organization’s membership application is received at JPA headquarters by July 28, 2008.

To Non-members attending the Annual Meeting: Welcome! For those of you who have never attended a JPA conference, we hope you find it an enjoyable and worthwhile investment. Please note that non-members may attend one (1) JPA Annual Meeting. In order to attend future Annual Meetings, you must be affiliated with a JPA member company, or your company must be in the process of applying for JPA membership. JPA is offering registration online! It’s fast, easy, and provides an immediate confirmation of your registration. Please note that processing of your credit card charge may take 2-3 days.

Advance Registration
(Please remember in order to qualify for the “advance registration discount”, the registration form must be received online or at JPA Headquarters with payment no later than Monday, April 14, 2008. Registrations received after April 14th, will be subject to a registration surcharge of $100.00.)

Spouse/Companion Fee
The registration fee for a spouse or companion accompanying a fully paid registrant to the Annual Meeting covers the cost of all meals, special spouse/companion-oriented activities, as well as attendance at JPA social functions. For details, please view the Spouse/Companion Programs .
Spouse/Companion is defined as a spouse, companion, significant other, friend or an adult child (18 years old or older) who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker, associate or spouse who works within the industry may not register in the Spouse/Companion category.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, submitted in writing to the JPA office no later than Monday, April 14, 2008, will receive a full refund of their registration amount, minus a $50 administration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. Refund requests must be received in writing, without exception.
