JPA Room Rate
JPA has set aside a block of guest rooms at The Homestead at a discounted group rate of $270 single or $290/double occupancy. This rate includes full daily buffet breakfast, served in The Dining Room, 7-10am. The group rate is applicable over JPA’s meeting dates of April 26-30, as well as prior to and after the meeting, on a space-available basis. All rates quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes. Current guest room tax is 7%. The hotel also charges a daily resort fee of 15% per room, plus tax. The resort fee covers: gratuities for housekeeping staff, use of fitness center and indoor pool, afternoon tea, nightly movies, newspaper delivery, wireless internet connectivity in guest rooms and resort public areas, nightly movies in the theatre, and on-property transportation. (Note: bellmen & doormen do not participate in the Daily Resort Charge.)
Attendees, who were holding room reservations at The Greenbrier, must now contact the Homestead at (800) 838-1766, ext 2, or (540) 839-3860, to verify the reservation and provide credit card information. The reservation is being held, but is not confirmed until the resort receives a credit card or other form of payment to secure the reservation. The deadline for confirming guest room reservations is Monday, April 14.
All reservations held at the Greenbrier under the JPA room block have been cancelled, and all deposits are being refunded.
Anyone needing to make a new reservation should contact the Homestead at the phone numbers above. To make a new reservation, or reconfirm your existing reservation, call the resort and identify yourself as a member of Juice Products Association. You may provide a credit card to guarantee your guest room reservation. The credit card will not be charged until check-out.
After Monday, April 14, any rooms remaining in the JPA room block at The Homestead, which have not been re-confirmed, will be moved back into general inventory and sold by the resort on a space-available basis at prevailing market rates.

To avoid a penalty charged against the credit card on file, if you must cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your reservation check-in. You will be asked to confirm your departure date at the time of check-in, and in the event of an early departure without prior notice, a fee of one night’s room (plus tax) will be applied to your final bill.
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 12:00 noon. Complimentary bag storage is offered at check-in if you arrive prior to 4:00 pm.
You are responsible for both reserving and canceling your own hotel reservations.
About the JPA Room Block
It is essential to identify yourself as part of the Juice Products Association so that you will be placed in the JPA room block. Booking your room in the JPA block is extremely important because the Association, on behalf of the members, has committed revenue to the hotel for a specified number of hotel rooms. If JPA does not use the specified number of rooms, which can happen when attendees book outside of the JPA block, the group is monetarily penalized in the form of attrition fees for any un-booked hotel rooms in our block. We appreciate your willingness to assist us in avoiding unnecessary penalties by identifying yourself as part of the JPA group when making your reservation.
Staying Connected at The Homestead
Wireless Internet Service is available throughout the resort and is complimentary. Network cards are available through the Business Center. Cell phone reception at The Homestead is available on a limited basis. Best coverage on property is with Verizon, Cingular, US Cellular and Alltel. There is no coverage for Sprint, T-Mobile or Nextel.
