Each Spouse/Companion registration includes the following:

- All-afternoon van shuttle between St. Regis Resort and Laguna Beach
- Reception
Tuesday, April 17
- Buffet breakfast with delegates
- Luncheon with delegates, with guest presenter (to be announced)
- Special Hospitality Suite in the Spa Gaucin with exclusive discounted pricing on Spa and Salon services (details below)
- Gala reception, dinner and dancing
Wednesday, April 18
- Continental breakfast with delegates

Monday, April 16, 8:30–10:30 am
On Monday morning, we invite all spouses and companions to join the Spouse/Companion Breakfast on the Observation Deck, starting at 8:30 am. The host for this event will be the JPA Spouse Ambassador, Gloria Devito, and a Welcoming Committee.
Following breakfast, a special program will help everyone get to know each other. All newcomers and veteran attendees alike are encouraged to attend.
Although this breakfast is included in the Spouse/Companion registration fee, we ask that you inform us if your spouse or companion is planning to attend by checking this event on the online registration form.
Does your spouse or companion wish to receive communications regarding tour information, packing and other travel arrangements, direct from JPA? If so, please provide us with his/her e-mail address by sending an email to: jpa@kellencompany.com. We'll make sure your spouse or companion receives any information that might assist them in planning for this meeting.
An Afternoon at Spa Gaucin
Tuesday, April 17, 1:30–5:30 pm
JPA has reserved Tuesday afternoon at the St Regis Resort’s own Spa Gaucin for a private JPA Spouse/Companion group event. Spouses and companions who participate will receive exclusive discount pricing, per the attached Spa Services List (pdf).
JPA has reserved a limited number of appointments at both the Spa and at the Salon next door, starting at 1:30 pm. You are encouraged to make your reservation as soon as possible. These slots are available first-come, first-served. To make your reservation, please contact the Spa Gaucin coordinator, Cristina Godwin, at (949) 234-3475. Or complete the attached Spa Reservation Form (pdf) and fax it to the hotel.
JPA will sponsor a Tuesday afternoon Hospitality Room at Spa Gaucin just for JPA spouses and companions. Come early and stay late; beverages and snacks will be available. Regardless of whether or not you book an appointment, the Hospitality Room is open to your spouse or companion and included in the meeting registration fee. This is a great way to cap off your stay at the St. Regis, and a relaxing prelude to the Gala event Tuesday evening!
