Note: Non-members attending this year’s JPA Annual Meeting will receive a $200 credit toward their dues if their organization’s membership application is received at JPA headquarters by July 23, 2007.
Advance Registration
In order to qualify for the “advance registration discount”, your registration must be received online or at JPA Headquarters with payment no later than Tuesday, March 13, 2007. Registrations received after March 13, 2007 will be subject to a registration surcharge of $100.00. So don’t delay; register today!
Spouse/Companion Fee
The registration fee for a spouse or companion accompanying a fully paid registrant to the Annual Meeting covers the cost of all meals, special spouse/companion-oriented activities, as well as attendance at JPA social functions. For details, please view the Spouse/Companion Programs.
Spouse/Companion is defined as a spouse, companion, significant other, friend or an adult child (18 years old or older) who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker, associate or spouse who works within the industry may not register in the Spouse/Companion category.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, submitted in writing to the JPA office no later than Friday, March 30, 2007, will receive a full refund of their registration amount, minus a $50 administration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. Refund requests must be received in writing, without exception.
