JPA Room Rate

JPA has set aside a block of guest rooms at the St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach at a discounted group rate of $265 single/double occupancy.  The group rate is applicable over JPA’s meeting dates of April 15-18, as well as 3 days pre/post-meeting, on a space-available basis.  All rates quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes.  Current guest room tax is 10.16%. The hotel does not charge a resort fee. 

Attendees are encouraged to make their room reservations as early as possible.  Room reservations at the group rate are available on a first-come, first-served basis to our attendees, while the block lasts.  After Tuesday, March 13, any rooms remaining in the JPA room block will be sold by the hotel on a space-available basis at prevailing market rates.

To make your hotel reservation, call the hotel at (949) 234-3200 and identify yourself as a member of Juice Products Association. You may provide a credit card to guarantee your guest room reservation.  The credit card will not be charged until check-out.

If you must cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your reservation check-in.  You will be asked to confirm your departure date at the time of check-in, and in the event of an early departure without prior notice, a fee of one night’s room (plus tax) will be applied to your final bill. 

Check-in time at the hotel is after 4:00 pm and checkout time is before 12:00 noon.  Golf bags can be stored at the bell desk for $2/bag.  Please remember you are responsible for both reserving and canceling your own hotel reservations.

About the JPA Room Block

It is essential to identify yourself as part of the Juice Products Association so that you will be placed in the JPA room block.  Booking your room in the JPA block is extremely important because the Association, on behalf of the members, has committed revenue to the hotel for a specified number of hotel rooms.  If JPA does not use the specified number of rooms, which can happen when attendees book in other hotels or outside of the JPA block, the group is monetarily penalized in the form of attrition fees for any un-booked hotel rooms in our block.  We appreciate your willingness to assist us in avoiding unnecessary penalties by booking in the conference hotel and identifying yourself as part of the JPA group when making your reservation.
